Should you have ordered one or more tourist cards which you no longer need, we will take them back for a processing fee of €4.50. The shipping costs are excluded from the refund.

The prerequisites for this are:

• The card(s) must be in good condition. We will re-dispatch the entry visa without any signs of use. Please understand that we can only accept the cards in the same state.
  
  
• The card must originate from us. We ship tourist cards with a unique feature (stamp on the back).
  Even here, we can only accept the return of cards actually purchased from us.

Procedure:

1. Send us the tourist cards at the address given on our contact information page.
   We strongly recommend insured shipping via registered mail.
   We cannot accept liability for cards lost on the transit route.
   
   
2. Please enclose an informal letter with the following information:
   Your name |Order date |Your order number| Your IBAN | Your BIC
   Alternatively, you can send us the information via email.
   
   
3. After receipt of the undamaged entry visa and your bank account info, we will immediately return the corresponding amount to the specified account number.
